She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Hazel Gibson; her parents, Ralph Gibson and Faye Evans Gibson; her sons, Andy Blackwell (JoAnn) of Sapulpa, Brian Blackwell (Stephanie) of Bixby and Zachariah Donelson of Broken Arrow; her grandchildren, Seth, Kaleb, Shelbe, Haley, Hattie, Madison and Josie; her aunts, Mary Ruth Worton, Rose Gibson and Alice Jones; her uncle Mark Gibson; her brothers, David Gibson (Marchieta) of Bixby and Joe Gibson (Donna) of Bixby; her brother-in-law John Donelson of Bixby; her nephew Ja Gibson; her former husband Mac Blackwell; her uncle Don (Ford); and her husband Semper Fi. She was also cherished by 6 nephews and nieces, many cousins, friends, brothers and sisters.

The family asks that you please consider a donation in Hazel's memory to the South Tulsa Baptist Church Guatemala Children's Scholarship Fund.
