He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden Owen Crisp, Sr. and Fannie Lou Crisp (Smith); his siblings, Tommy Crisp, Glen Crisp, Dubert Johnson, Hubert Johnson, Howard Crisp, Virginia Crisp and Beatrice Crisp; and his sisters-in-law, Marty Crisp and Sue Crisp.
He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Crisp of Ft. Gibson, OK. He is also survived by several aunts, cousins, nephews and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Leonard-Marker Funeral Home (6521 E 151st St S, Bixby, OK 74008).
