It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Nelson Keeney in Bixby, Oklahoma, born in New London, Connecticut, who passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Keeney and Mary Keeney (Bentley); his wife Joyce Keeney (Hynes) of Oklahoma City; and his granddaughter Madeline Limber. He is survived by: his children, George N. Keeney III (Sheila), Mary Massoth (Joseph), John Keeney and Joyce Limber (Jason); his grandchildren, Kristin Forbes (Jeff), Matthew Keeney (Jennifer), Landon Massoth (Catherine), Lucas Massoth (Angelica), Hannah Massoth (Chris Havens), Jacob Massoth, Isabella Limber and Henry Limber; his nieces, Cathy Lee and Maggy Pfenning; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aubrey Lee, Amy Lee (Raeann Thomas) and Chad Lee (Allison). He is also survived by his 6 great grandchildren.
