He is survived by: his wife Patty Stamper; his children, Wayne Dowler (Marcy) of Leonard, OK, Tiffany Cooper (Brian) of Leonard, OK, Gary Russel "Rusty" Stamper (Raychel) of Owasso, OK and Mark Cassel (Carol) of Bartlesville, OK; and his siblings, Linda Blevins of Bartlesville, OK, Dana Smith of Bartlesville, OK, Kenny Stamper (Sherry) of Norman, OK, Jerry Stamper (Kay) of Tulsa, OK and Jim Stamper of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
