He is survived by: his wife Patsy Fleetwood; his daughter Leslie Bates (Stacy); his grandchildren, Lacey Hibbs (Micki) and Amanda Bates; his great grandchildren, Aly and Waylon; his siblings, Jimmy Fleetwood and Wanda Frick (John); and his sister-in-law Margaret Fleetwood. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
