She was predeceased by: her parents, Burdette Durey and Leona Durey (Phillip); her husbands, Burl Lewis and Leo Ware; and her siblings, Donald George "Sonny" Durey, Robert Durey and Marilyn Langevan.
She is survived by: her children, Monica Prince, Dale Lewis, Sr. (Gail) and Hope Martin; and her siblings, Phyllis Herbstreith, Richard Durey and Lorraine Heskett. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
