He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Beach and Marjorie Savage Beach; and his daughter Deborah Sue Beach. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Beach of Bixby, Oklahoma; his sister Nancy Alison; his sons, David J. Beach (Kimberly Beach) and Jeff Beach (Alison Beach) of Bixby, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, David Christopher Beach (Ruth Beach) of Valparaiso, Indiana, Ashley Ruth Beach (William Drake) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jacob Beach (Breanna Beach) of Bixby, Oklahoma and Addyson Nicole Beach of Bixby, Oklahoma.; his great grandchild Theodore David Beach of Indiana; his nieces, Natalie Casey, Valerie Chouinard, Amy Muncey and Liesl Evans; and his nephew Stephen Houchin. He is also survived by his wife, sons and daughters-in-law; grandchildren and the extended family.
