With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cora Belle Selby (Bixby, Oklahoma), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Cora Belle left this world on January 8, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Matlock (Deramus) and Charles Clifford (Pete); and her brothers, Billy, George and Tommy.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Selby; her siblings, Kathryn Hyams (Dwight) of Broken Arrow, Emma Bonham (John) of Broken Bow and Pete Matlock (Susan) of Bixby; and her friend Donna Dunlap Gaulding. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great nieces, great nephews and even great- great nephews and nieces along with a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leonard-Marker Funeral Home (6521 E 151st St S, Bixby, OK 74008). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
