She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl D. Evans and Lima Lavae Treat (Enyart); and her siblings, David Treat, Ronnie Treat, Illana Wall, Sue Nichols and Earlene Lunt.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Ford; her children, Regina Fritts (Jim), Rhonda Bullock, Brian Jacobs (Jamie) and Shawn Ford (Tina); her grandchildren, Briana Jacobs, Cody Jacobs (Kim), Skylar Salkil, Zachary Thorp (Audrey), Caleb Thorp, Stephen Ayres (Courtney), Noah Ayres, Lauren Ayres, Alex Blue, Jamie Blue, Sarah Kaderli, Kaity Ryan and Chance Kaderli; her brother Ricky Treat (Tawanna); and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Varner and Dave Ford (Evelyn). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
