He is survived by: his wife Tori Winnett; his father Larry Winnett of Coweta, Oklahoma; his children, Paige Drake (Kyle) of Tulsa, Cole Winnett of Bixby, Oklahoma, Ava Presley Winnett of Bixby, Oklahoma and Austin Winnett of Bixby, Oklahoma; his siblings, Stephanie Kinnear (Brian) of Spring, Texas and James Robert "Bobby" Winnett of Phoenix, Arizona; his nieces and nephews, Luke Winnett, Hannah Winnett, Rachel Winnett, Joseph McKinzie, Jessica McKinzie, Annika Brock, Amanda Tipton, Allison Hobgood and Tate Gallup; his uncle Ron Spradlin (Terry); and his aunts, Donna Callaghan (Mike) and Jeanette Badgett. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
