He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Smith (Russell) of Bixby; his grandchildren, Charley Smith, Paisley Smith, Ryan Hendricks and Cameron Hendricks; his great grandchildren, Padin, Emery, Lainey, Ethan, Grayson and Daphne; and his great great grandchild Bleu.
