He is survived by: his wife Judith; his sister Alyce; his brother-in-law Mike Pendergraft of Belleville, IL; his brother William Eugene Dunbar of Tulsa, OK; his daughter Vicki; his son-in-law Gary Light of Hana, HI; his granddaughter Makena Powers; his great grandchildren, Marley of Hana, HI and Makoa of Hana, HI; his granddaughter Hanalei Light Shelby of Hana, HI; and his nieces and nephews, Julia, Michelle, Amber, Stacey, Will and Graham.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Phil's name to the Building Fund, Holy Apostles' Orthodox Christian Church, Bixby, OK.
