He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Francis Foster and Peggy Levell Foster (Haynes); and his aunts and uncles, Pat, Jim Hurst, Wayne and Joyce Mcglaughlin.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Rachel Boswell (Jason) of Bixby, Lindsey Foster of Bixby and Jacob Foster (Kimberly) of Bixby; his parents-in-law, Dean and Gwena Westberry of Mounds; his brother-in-law Tim Westberry (Janet) of Claremore; his aunts and uncles, Richard (Dorothy Haynes), Don (Mary Haynes), Kathy Sue Willis, Beverly (Gerald Schuler) and Paula Sue Crystal; and his cousins, Kenny Baker and Teri Christian. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and many, many friends.
He went home to be with the Lord on January 28, 2021 after fighting a courageous battle with Covid.
