He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eugene and Ivalene Long (McClary); and his sister Judy Owens Carroll. He is survived by: his wife LaJuan; his children, Jeremy Long (Katrina), Randall Long (Jacklynn) and Ashley Gibson (David); and his siblings, Joyce Carmichael (Don) and Loyd Long (Janet). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
