With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bettie Weir (Bixby, Oklahoma), born in Covina, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 27, 2025 at the age of 91. Though Bettie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bettie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliett Easley and Virginia Easley (Claxton); her husband William F. Weir; and her sons, Daniel Cliett Weir and David Clark Weir.
She is survived by: her former spouse Lisa Holt (Thomas); her daughters, Virgina Weir of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Roxanna Baldridge (Sandy) of Jenks, Oklahoma and Tresa Griffith (Richard) of Mustang, Oklahoma; and her brothers, Dick Easley (Maryann) of Laguna Niguel, California, Warren Easley (Marge) of Aurora, Oregon and Terry (Lisa Thomas).
