He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Fout and Eula Fout (Mayfield); his wife Janice Ann; his daughter Felicia Starr-McDaniel (Chris); and his siblings, David Fout and Sharon Kay Inman.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Fout (Dana) and Brett Fout; his siblings, Naomi Kirk, Dolphis Fout, Joyce Cando, Gearl Fout, Johnny Fout, Lora May Neff and Larry Fout; his grandchildren, Bethani Paige, Amber Davis, Meagan Starr and Brooklyn Starr; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Zachary, Madelyn Whitham, Alexander Paige, Dallas, Shayleigh Maltos, Ainsley Davis, Panterra Starks, Leo Shields, Savanna, Dean, Dayton and Jason Starr.
A reception will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Great Room of the Rivercrest Chapel.
