He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Smith and Bertha Smith (Halpain); and his siblings, Charley, Leon, Howard, Renus and Lavonne.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Smith (Hogan); his children, Janet Hall of Bixby and Russ Smith (Tonia) of Bixby; and his grandchildren, Jesse Hall, Dustin Hall, Jenee Hensley, Ross Smith, Blake Smith, Jake Hanus, Meagan Rodgers and Jessica Youngwirth. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson as well several nieces, nephews, other relatives and longtime friends.
