She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Elward Husong and Ruth Ellen Husong (Lamont); her son Grant "Buddy" Clay; her stepchildren, Jimmy Leon Clay and Linda Caywood; her siblings, Raymond, Arvel and Bonnie Husong; her granddaughter Vinita Jo; and her great grandchild Justin Ray Clay.
She is survived by: her grandson Jake; her sons, Buddy Leon Clay and Dwayne Clay (Julana); her stepchildren, Patricia Helm, William Clay, Franky Clay, Carl Clay and Laura Smith; and her siblings, Blanche, Isabelle, Bertha, Johnnie, Yvonne, Jimmy, Linda, Glenda and William. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great- great- grandchildren.
