She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Opal Hendricks (Jocoy) and Lewie Hendricks; and her siblings, Gary, Perry Hendricks and Ellen Champagne.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Green of Binger, OK; her daughter Twila Green (Terry) of Binger, OK; her siblings, Richard Hendricks (Susan) of Texas, Sheila Riley of Oklahoma City, OK, Vonda Shackelford (Earl) of McAlester, OK, Christine Hendricks of Fletcher, OK and Bobby Hendricks (Linda) of Anadarko, OK; and her brothers-in-law, Coy Green (Betty) of Binger, OK and Foy Green (Sharon) of Binger, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
