Arkison (Blackley); her husband Carl "Dude" Zickefoose; her son Carl "Punkin" Zickefoose; her daughter-in-law Tomi Lea Zickefoose; her brothers, Floyd Arkison, Don Scott, Glen "Cotton" Arkison, Dale Arkison and Billy Arkison; and her granddaughter Angela Chari.
She is survived by: her son Jim Zickefoose of Binger; her daughter-in-law Debbie Zickefoose of Sand Springs; her brother Ted Arkison of Stillwater; her sisters-in-law, Darlene Arkison of Tulsa, Doyle Zickefoose, Shirley Zickefoose of Cleveland and Oleta Zickefoose; her grandchildren, Shanan Zickefoose (Kelley) of Sand Springs, Sommer Smith (Chris) of Birmingham, Jared Zickefoose (Ashley) of Tulsa, Scott Zickefoose (Stephanie) of Oklahoma City and Nathan Zickefoose of Oklahoma City; and her great grandchildren, Chelsey, Madison and Luke. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
