He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Putman (Kuykendall) of Calumet; his fiancé Keesha Wetselline of Binger; his children, Wyatt Putman and Tia Tillis; his siblings, Genie Goff of Calumet and Samantha Putman of Calumet; his nieces and nephews, Joseph Eugene Goff, Connor Nicholas Goff, Summer Hope Goff, Bryson and Alexia Shaw; his pet Rambo; his uncle Kenneth Kuykendall; and his cousin Phillip Baker. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as many other relatives and an abundance friends.
