She is survived by: her mother Myrna Foreman (Berard) of Lafayette, LA; her children, Olivia Koch (Andy) of Cincinnati, OH, Aimee Arp (Ryan) of Ooltewah, TN and Martin Mayeux (Kristi) of Cleveland, OH; her grandchildren, Caroline Koch, Sylvie Koch, Oliver Koch, Hudson Arp, June Arp, Maddie Arp, Monroe Mayeux, Wyatt Mayeux and Ruby Mayeux; her siblings, Rene Foreman (Mandy) of Lafayette, LA, Leslie Shaw (Michael) of New Iberia, LA, Andrea Royer (Tony) of Lake Charles, LA, Alyson LeBlanc of Scott, LA and Bill; her sister-in-law Coann Shives of Binger, OK; her nieces, Kamaree (Jared) of Binger and Selika (Josh) of Oklahoma City; her nephew Beckham of Binger; her stepdaughter Willow Rickard of Colorado Springs; her sister-in-law Barbara Shives of Glendale; her brothers, Robert (Estelle Shives) and Dennis Shives of Ojai, CA; and her nephews, Aaron Edmiaston and Garrett Muguira. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
