We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2023, at the age of 82, Finis Earl Oliphant Jr. of Binger, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Marion Oliphant Sr. and Katie Miller Oliphant; his significant other Sharon; and his daughter Alice Mickle (Sally). He is survived by: his daughters, Sally, Cindy Kelley (Barry), Penny Howe (Sonny) and Shelly Disse (Gary); his grandchildren, Lacy Saunders, Sara Martin, Jess Mickle, Joshua Kelley, Kevin Kelley, Alisha Recker, Chelsi Rosser, Briana Story and Reed Allen; and his sister Oneta West. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.
