It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cleo Kopp of Billings, Oklahoma, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emanuel and Viva (Pfhrem); her sisters, Lois Miller, Billie Sweet and Patricia Serviss; her husband Judd; and her children, Willi, Jarrod Kopp of Tulsa and Andi Boutwell of Piedmont. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, plus six great-grandchildren.
Donations in Cleo's memory may be made to the First Baptist Church of Kingfisher.
