He is survived by: his wife Dianne Ehlers; his children, Charla Therrien (Scott) of Marshall, OK, Gaylon Silvey (Molly) of Billings, OK and Tracy Silvey (Melinda) of Garber, OK.; his grandchildren, Laci Mier (Arthur), Karim Kokojan (Josh), Brandon Casteel (Lindsay), Joshua Silvey, Sabrah Bierig (Jay) and Derek Silvey (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Ali Mier, Gabe Mier, Kason Kokojan, Layne Kokojan, Tinslee Casteel, Wiley Casteel, Madalee Casteel, Jazmen Silvey, Braxton Bierig, Baleigh Bierig and Knox Silvey.
