He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Franklin Climer and Ruth Ellen Climer (Kaiser); his stepfather Jess Smith; and his siblings, Ed, Nathaniel, Barney, Tom, Harold Boyd Climer, Jess Henry Smith, Myrtle Peyton and Pauline Glenn.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Jo Climer of Muskogee; his sister Glennice Luginbill; his granddaughters, Jessica Ford (JR), Rebecca Hawkins and Myriah Lowrey (Derrion Johnson); his great grandchildren, Austyn Otterbien, Tony Ford, Stormy Ford, Jacob Johnson, Chloe Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson and Cheyenne Johnson; his great great grandchildren, JT Otterbien and Harmony Otterbien; and his close friends, Jessica and Ty Davenport. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; a host of friends.
