She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin E. Gann and Billy Lucille Gann (England); her husband Kenneth Ray "Kenny" Skinner; and her son Billie Skinner. She is survived by: her son Tommy Skinner; and her grandchildren, Trevor Wayne Skinner of Michigan and Cheyenne Nicole VanZant of Moore.
