He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Malott (Copeland); his sons, Melvin O'Neill (Teresa) of Big Cabin and David Lee O'Neill (Leanna) of Vinita; and his siblings, Joseph Malott of Pawhuska, Lana Jo McClain (Cole) of Pryor and Kay Beisley of Ramona.
