He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Hayes (Merritt); his stepmother Barbara Hayes (Glen Hayes); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Bowie, Janet Sue Hayes and Janet Kay Hayes.
He is survived by: his father Jacob "Frank" Hayes of Owasso; his siblings, Susan Bowie of Owasso, Ed "Eddie" Jones of Vinita, Larry Hayes of Big Cabin and Terry Hayes of Big Cabin; his children, Ross Hayes (Tia Hayes) of Big Cabin, Katy Stratton (Beau Stratton) of Afton, Bailey Hayes of Ketchum and Brandi Kannmore of Afton; and his grandchildren, Lillien, Maddison, Zoey, Dillon, Jordyn, Allie, Hayden, Courtney, Caleb, Ethan, Dalton, Adalynn and Jameson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
