He was predeceased by: his daughter Marquilla Ann Jones; his grandson Ricky Beeson; and his siblings, Ann McBride and Gean McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jones; his children, Janet Johnson (Charley), Christopher Jones (Cheryl) and Crystal Derwin (Derek); his grandchildren, Jessica Johnson, Anthony Johnson, Matthew Jones, Mason Jones, Nicholas Jones, Danielle Derwin, Kale Derwin, Cheyenne Fincel, RaeLynn Fincel, Scotty Fincel, Myranda Masters, Emilie Masters and Natalie Masters; his great grandchildren, Lilly Cruz and Daisee Cruz; his sister Nancy Melnicker (Barry); and his friend Wayne Settle.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been set up at the First National Bank.
