He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint H. Carroll and Eulalia Carroll (Alberty); his daughter Kimberlee Green; and his granddaughter Brookleigh Willcutt. He is survived by: his husband Dan; his sons, Roger Willcutt (Carla) of Pryor and Brad Willcutt (Brenda) of Highland Ranch; his siblings, Jenny England of Pensacola, Andra Reventlow (Keith) of Okinawa, Jim Fikes (Beth) of Lexington, MA and Chuck Fikes (Patty) of Pensacola; and his grandsons, Zach Willcutt, Brandon Green, Kirby Green, Blake Willcutt, Cody Cannady, Victor Casey, Paul Temaat, Brock Willcutt, Luke Willcutt, Spencer Green and Scotty Spruell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
