She is survived by: her child Courtney; her husband Josh Jarvis of Big Cabin; her parents, Joe Collins of Ketchum and Dana Collins of Ketchum; her parent-in-law Billy Jarvis of Afton; her grandmother LaVern Charles of Big Cabin; her siblings, Jennifer Hinson (Matt) of Ketchum and John Tate Collins of Tulsa; her friend Shelley Campbell-Brown of Salina; her nieces, Kelsey Shepard (Hinson) of Ketchum, Kylie Hinson of Ketchum and Lillian Hinson of Ketchum; her nephew Matthew Hinson of Stillwater; and also, Jan Jarvis of Afton and Austen Patterson of Tulsa. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
