He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Duard Jarvis and Marie Lillian Wallen Jarvis; his daughter Jacqueline Kay "Jackie" Brooks; and his siblings, Norman Clyde Jarvis, Lillian Faye Williams-Towell, Norma Jean Ballenger and Sandra Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Viles; his children, Mike Jarvis of Cleora, Billy Jarvis (Jan) of Cleora, Susan Wadley of Cleora, Barbara Chenoweth (Tony) of Welch, Lynn Shearhart (Robert) of Vinita and Shirley Jarvis of Grove; and his siblings, Jonnie Hensley of Cleora and Charolette McSpadden of Ketchum. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
