He is survived by: his parents, Mack Hawkins and Clovis Hawkins; his brothers, Bennie Ray and Wesley Hawkins; his children, Walter C. Hawkins Jr., Lauren, Tina Milam (Rick), Jim Carroll (Terry) and Tony Carroll; his granddaughters, Mindy, Tammie, Nicole, Erin and Lauren; and his spouses, Carola Pickney and Carol Carroll. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
