She is survived by: her mother Deanna Mae Lindsey (Gordon); her husband David Nelson; her daughters, Jessica Stallcup and Shaye Nelson; her siblings, Scott Lindsey and Lisa Hull; and her grandchildren, Jalyssa, Eric and Ariah.
Torie was a devoted employee for the American Cancer Society, and later the Oklahoma Department of Health.
