He is survived by: his mother Betty Douglas; his wife Cari; his daughters, Jamie Blaylock, Carisa Newton (Jerry), Cassie Flanary (Jake) and Kelsey Herridge (Jason); and his brothers, Don and Mike Douglas. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
