He is survived by: his wife Rita Swonger; his children, Kathy Frank (Robert Frank), Junior, Jeffrey Swonger (Penny Swonger) and Tim Swonger (Elizabeth Swonger); and his sister Anna Bailey. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and many close friends.
