He is survived by: his parents, Marvin Curtis and Christine Curtis; his former wife Catherine Fowler; his wife Cathy Curtis; his daughter Jennifer Koos; his son-in-law Caleb Koos; his son Austin Curtis; his daughter-in-law Morgan Curtis; his grandsons, Luke and Logan Koos; his siblings, Cathy Wolever (Don), Gloria Dutcher (Darrell), Michael Curtis (Lisa) and Amy Hoffman (Brad); his mother-in-law Dovie Fowler; and his sister-in-law Janet Barnes (Jay). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
