She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Bennett Shelton and Mary Ailcy Manley; and her husband Greg Powell. She is survived by: her son Robert W. Hines (Kim); her grandchildren, Tyler Hines (Emily) of Lakewood, WA and Katherine Hines; and her siblings, Ken Ray "Tex" of Perry, OK and Ruby Benita Engel of Goodyear, AZ.
