With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandy N. Dobson (Bethany, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 11, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bilyeu and Betty Bilyeu (McAnelly); her child Angel; and her brother David Bilyeu (Jim Dobson). She is survived by: her son-in-law Byron; her daughters, Lisa Dobson and Angela (Byron Seefeldt) of Edmond; her grandchildren, Olivia, Davis and Blake Seefeldt; her sister-in-law Janet Bilyeu of Florida; her nephews, Craig Bilyeu of Florida and Layne Bilyeu of Maryland; and her extended family, Dobson and Seefeldt.
