He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter James Dorris and Beulah Blakley Dorris; and his siblings, Robert, Roberta Hibbert, Curtis and Harold.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Joy Wachtel; his son Joe (Judy); his grandsons, Wesley, David Lee Dorris (Autumne) and Cody Wilks; his daughter Becky Cox (Jeff); his grandchildren, Callee Mason (Johnny) and Becca Leeseberg (Christian); his son Jim-David (Allison); and his grandchildren, Emma-Kate and Brody.
