He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Anne Moad; his children, Matthew, Micah, Megan, Marcie, Mandy and Meredith; his grandchildren, DaShantae, Mekhye, Berlyn, Isabell, Lillyanna, Camden, Kyra, Rosalie, Leia, Brynnlee, Zane, Raelyn, Everly and Paxtyn; and his siblings, James, Benny, Jerry, Mary, Ellen, Lena and Georgia. He is also survived by husband, providing for his beloved children.
