He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Potter (Terry) of Yukon, OK, Pat Bley (Jerry) of Yukon, OK and Pam McRae of Oklahoma City, OK.; his grandchildren, B. J. Potter (Jenny) of Moore, OK, Matthew Potter of Oklahoma City, Julie Shutley (Michael) of Frisco, TX, Jordan Bley (Adrienne) of Oak Park, IL, Trisha Brecheen (Scott) of Oklahoma City, Megan McRae of Kansas City and Connor McRae of Oklahoma City; his great grandchildren, Silas, George, Van, Jude Potter, Addison, Audrey, Avery, August Shutley and Hazel Bley; and his siblings, Mary Jones of Fort Smith, AR, Brenda Zimmerman of Lake Worth, FL and Robert Vestal of Naples, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's memory to the Dallas First Church Scholarship Fund at Southern Nazarene University.
