With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Eugene Williams (Bethany, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 17, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mona Williams and Buck Williams; his sisters, Diane Ancel and Joan Pickard; his children, Tina Seager (Tim), Richard Williams Jr. (Joy) and Vickie Lynn Weis; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Joshua, Chad and Sophia; and his wife Mary Williams.
