He is survived by: his wife Kristin Cantrell of Bethany, OK; his children, Holly of Newcastle, OK, Kelly and Cory of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Kaylee Braxton of Bethany, OK and Kinsey of Newcastle, OK; his great grandchild Jayce of Bethany, OK; his stepmother Lynda Cantrell of Madison, WI; and his siblings, David of Tucson, AZ, Bradley of Virginia and Laura of Madison, WI. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
