He is survived by: his wife Verba Lea Webster (Moore) of Hartville, MO.; his sons, Raymond Eugene Webster (Sheila) and David Wayne Webster (Shelly); his grandchildren, Christopher, Shenna, David Ray, Peyton and Chelsea; his great grandchildren, Adikin, Breccan, Grace and Zoey; and his siblings, Charles Webster, Wanda Ellis (Larry) and Francis Waters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
