He is survived by: his daughters, Gwen Bates of Oklahoma City and Jane Ann Smith (Randy) of Highlands Ranch, CO; his grandson Courtland Wilson of Sacramento, CA.; his niece Shirley Lackey Leone (John) of Tustin, CA; and his nephew Glen Lackey (Juanita) of Cedar Hill, TX..
