He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick A. Earley and Mary C. Earley; his brother Richard Earley; and his granddaughter Abby Earley. He is survived by: his children, Charles Earley, Douglas Schumpert, Patrick Earley, Joseph Earley (Christina) and Sarah Earley Smith (Carson); his grandchildren, Christian, Sarah, Gracie, Chloe, Eleanor, Elias, Evelyn, Ezra and Edison; his siblings, Eileen Earley Tran (Danh) and Timothy Earley (Debbie); his aunt Diana Cobb Ray; his nephews, Thomas Earley and James Earley; and his niece Mary Margaret Earley.
