With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Catherine Collins (Bethany, Oklahoma), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on December 31, 2019 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Hern and Frances Kathryn O'Hern; and her brother Mike O'Hern. She is survived by: her siblings, Peggy Mize, Patricia Martinez, Susie O'Hern, Johnny, Tommy and Jimmy; her husband Michael Collins; her children, Lisa Skinner (Jay) of Edmond, Julie LaPat (Brian) of Piedmont, Charlie Collins (Amy) of Bethany and Matthew Collins (Ashleigh) of Piedmont; and her grandchildren, Kaylyn, Lance, James, Will, Dustin, Danielle, Benjamin, Daisy, Ella, Rico, Bear, Nicholas, Lucy, Boaz, Emmanuel, Brandy, Brandon, Cody, Sarah, Isaac, Faith, Michael, Claire, Brooke, Kathryn and Scarlett.

In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Mary may be made to The ALS Association Oklahoma, P.O. Box 14482, Tulsa OK 74159.
