He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin E. Goforth Sr. and Betty Louise Goforth. He is survived by: his daughter Gretchen Michelle (Ty Beagles); his wife Candice Karen Goforth (Candy); his son Tobie Goforth (Shana Rodgers); his grandchildren, Garrison Beagles, Sawyer Beagles, Holden Goforth, Olivia Rodgers and Paris Rodgers; and his sister Deborah Patton (Gerry Patton) of Wildwood, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation of Oklahoma.
